![]() While the majority of AOS children have families, there are a growing number of AIDS orphans that are left to us. For the HIV+ orphans without other caretakers or parents, AOS has placed them in a loving home with two caretakers. The caretakers make sure the children are properly clothed and fed and the living condition is clean. In addition, there are several university-graduated teachers who teach them Chinese, Math, music, drawing, and so on. Through the care from AOS, these children are able to develop both physically and mentally in a stable and loving environment. Moreover, all of these HIV+orphans were sent to AOS by the local government. Therefore, the work of AOS also helps to relieve pressure on the government and its healthcare system.
